Offsetting.
Not all emissions of corporate activities can be reduced to zero. For that, it is crucial to develop an action plan to actively reduce the emissions that a company generates by reforestation/afforestation plantation operations, and, therefore, acquiring appropriate offset credit certifications. Such credits will be necessary in the foreseeable future in order to be eligible to apply for projects, funding, grants, loans, and other instruments and schemes. Further, such activities are increasingly valued by investors who are concerned with sustainability issues and the consequences arising from them.
The main tasks to offset a company’s GHG emissions are:
Direct or approximate calculations of the amount of GHG emitted by the organisation.
Offering and evaluation of partners for cooperation

In order to be able to achieve its objectives effectively, it is important to work with existing company data, which not only describes the current situation but also allows a further assessment of the set of activities invested. In cooperation with INLUD, you will take the first step: a CO2 audit that identifies the company's carbon footprint. As part of the audit carried out, criteria such as electricity and thermal energy consumption, warm and cold water consumption, waste sorting facilities, etc., are assessed.
